Louisa has over 24 years’ experience in the funds management industry and is the head of the investment operations team at Northcape. Louisa joined Northcape in December 2024 and is based in the Sydney office.

Before joining Northcape, Louisa spent two years with MA Financial Group as the director of fund operations where she was responsible for the transformation of the fund accounting and fund operations teams.

Between 2015 to 2021, Louisa was the head of investment operations at BT Financial Group where she was responsible for the investment operations functions of the BT Investment Solutions investment and super funds. Prior to this, Louisa held various operational roles with Advance Asset Management, Westpac and BNP Paribas.

Louisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Sydney.
