Aaron joined HESTA Super in 2022 and leads the teams responsible for independent investment performance analysis, risk analytics, portfolio monitoring and reporting. He oversees the enhancement of analytic capabilities and ensures the delivery of accurate, transparent information to support informed decision-making and meet regulatory requirements.

Prior to HESTA, Aaron held senior roles at National Australia Bank (NAB), including head of investment services, where he led cross-functional teams and delivered solutions across investment reporting, performance, risk, ESG, compliance, and analytics.

Aaron graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) and is a CFA Charterholder.
