Virginia leads the design and implementation of risk and governance frameworks across ART’s investments division. In this role, she is responsible for embedding a strong risk culture and ensuring sound governance through the development of investment policies, delegations, and compliance processes. She also provides strategic risk and regulatory advisory to senior leadership.

With over a decade of experience in investment risk and governance, Virginia has supported investment teams in managing complex risks across a wide range of asset classes. Prior to joining ART, she held senior roles at Aware Super, where she worked closely with investment and finance teams to strengthen risk frameworks and compliance oversight. Earlier in her career, she supported institutional clients at National Australia Bank – Asset Servicing, focusing on mandate compliance and investment reporting.

Virginia holds a Master of Commerce (Advanced) from the University of Queensland, with a double major in Applied Finance and Professional Accounting.
