Geoff was appointed the head of data services in 2021. In this role Geoff is responsible for overseeing the funds implementation of a data governance framework. Geoff’s role also includes managing the funds investment data sourcing and procurement function. He is one of the Guardian’s senior data leaders and is currently helping lead the fund’s investment data and analytics programme.

Before joining the Guardians, Geoff was at the Bank of New Zealand where his roles included head of operations (small business banking). Prior to this he set up and managed the bank’s performance analytics team.

Geoff also spent three years in London working as a reporting analyst for ABN Amro and Deutsche bank. He has worked in a variety of roles in the financial services industry over the past 25 years.
